Thank you for using our services (“Services”), which are owned and provided by passionate volunteers from the AGILE INDONESIA community.

By using our Services, including agileindonesia.org, its sub-domains such as 2017.agileindonesia.org, ticket.agileindonesia.org and any other URLs or domains that AGILE INDONESIA may deploy (collectively, the “Sites”), you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

By visiting our Sites and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this document (hereafter referred to as “User Agreement”).

This agreement is in effect as of March 29, 2017.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

Responsible Use and Conduct

By visiting our Sites and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you (hereafter referred to as “Resources”), either directly or indirectly, you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

You agree to abide by the following rules with respect to the Sites:

  • Do not submit or post any message or item anonymously or under a false name.
  • Do not submit or post any information or file containing a virus or any other contaminating features.
  • Do not submit or post any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable item of any kind.
  • Do not submit or post messages of a personal nature or disclose private information about any person.
  • Do not submit or post information that does not pertain to the topic or subject area.
  • Do not submit or post any information that infringes or violates any party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other proprietary right.
  • Do not submit or post any information that includes any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, chain letters, spam, junk mail, or any other type of unsolicited mass email to people or entities that have not agreed to be part of such mailings.
  • Do not submit or post any information you do not have the right to submit, post, disseminate, or transmit.

Further, you understand that:

a. In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate and correct.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account(s).

c. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical, or unconventional means.

d. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks where our Sites and Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

e. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our Resources is strictly prohibited.

f. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and you may incur criminal or civil liability.

g. We may provide various “open communication tools” on our Sites, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our Sites, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

i. is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language

ii. infringes on any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right of any party

iii. contains any type of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising

iv. impersonates any person or entity, including any agileindonesia.org volunteer or representative.

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, in our judgment, does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any third-party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal and consent to waive any claim against us.

h. We do not assume any liability for any content you or any other third-party users of our Sites post. However, any content you post using any open communication tools on our Sites, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of AGILE INDONESIA, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described; it does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our Privacy Policy.

i. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGILE INDONESIA and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Payment System

To provide convenience and certainty for customers to perform transactions on ticket.agileindonesia.org, AGILE INDONESIA has a joint venture with a third party as a partner which is doku.com which provides electronic payment services include payment by credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB), E-wallet DOKU, Minimarket Alfamart, Internet Banking (BCA KlikPay).

Thus AGILE INDONESIA has implemented an online payment system when a customer makes a purchase products online using the payment system of chosen Credit Card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB), E-wallet DOKU, Minimarket Alfamart, Internet Banking (BCA KlikPay) and please note that all transactions will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah.

The payment process of your order is ensured and secured with Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) which provides full security to every customer and freedom to shop online without worrying about the possible theft of credit card information / Debit Online / e-banking / e-wallet.

The all documents of payment process of your order including electronic invoice will be sent to your email. You hereby acknowledge and agree to keep safe all those documents in order to get after sales services.

You are also kindly required to read, learn, understand, and comply with all terms and conditions and privacy policy as provided for in Website of DOKU.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed prior to the deadlines below to support@agileindonesia.org.

Cancellations received up and including June 12th, 2017 – 50% refund (excluding handling fee).

Start from June 12th, 2018 – No refund will be made. Any additional transaction fee during the refund is automatically deducted from refunded amount.

Personal Information We Collect When You Visit Our Websites or Communicate with Us

When joining or registering on our sites or sending us communications, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, interests, or other details to help us serve you better and fulfill your requests. We may record any information or material that is or becomes publicly accessible whether or not you disclose or submit it to us. Although you may include copyright and other protection statements with the material you submit, we do not agree to protect the information you post or send to us.

When We Collect Information

We collect information from you when you register on our sites, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or enter information on our websites.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To personalize user’s experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested
  • To improve our website in order to better serve you
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other site feature

How We Protect Visitor Information

We regularly update our websites with security updates. We do not store credit card information on our websites.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible  to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive data you supply to ticket.agileindonesia.org is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when users enter, submit, or access their information to maintain the safety of their personal information. All passwords are stored as encrypted data, which no person has access to view.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We DO NOT collect or store credit card information on our websites.

Unless previously collected by us under the rules of this agreement, the email address that you use when contacting us with story ideas, editorial tips, or via our Contact Us and Feedback Forms will not be used for any reason except for the purposes of responding to your inquiry.

Commenting, Social Media Sharing, and Email to a Friend

We may use third-party services for commenting, posting, sharing with various social media services, and email to a friend features. We do not control how these services use the information you provide to them and encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms of use.

How We Use “Cookies”

Yes, we use cookies. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

At our discretion, we include or offer third-party products or services on our websites. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Third-Party Behavioral Tracking

It’s also important to note that we allow third-party behavioral tracking.

Limitation of Warranties

By using our Sites, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available.” This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

i. the use of Resources will meet your needs or requirements.

ii. the use of Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors.

iii. the information obtained by using Resources will be accurate or reliable.

iv. any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.

Furthermore, you understand and agree that:

v. any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.

vi. no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by you from AGILE INDONESIA or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of AGILE INDONESIA Resources, products, and/or services. AGILE INDONESIA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

Termination of Use

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our Sites and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
